pump recommendations for pc cooling?

I need a ~400gph pump that can take ~6' of head and was wondering if there's one people would recommend for continuous use like that. Was looking at the hydor l30, but wasn't sure if anyone here had any experience with any of these and could make a recommendation

do you need the 400 GPH at the 6' of head. I would look at the compact 5000 from Ehiem. It can be dialed down to meet your specifications and I have used one that puts out around 550-600 GPH at 6' of head on full power. You could easily dial it down to meet the 400 GPH need.

Or you could by the Eheim 1262 I have FS. I'd even throw in a ball valve for it.
