Apex help needed please

I have an Avast stirrer and I hooked it up to my Apex. The command is below:

 

Fallback OFF

OSC 000:00/000:15/059:45 Then ON

If Time 12:00 to 21:00 Then OFF

 

I want it to run 15sec every 1 hour through out the day excepts for the time between 12:00pm and 9:00pm.

I tested it and the pump started but it wouldn't stop after 15 sec. I unplugged the cord and plugged it back in and it stopped. Is my command wrong or the outlet is going bad?

It's probably too low a current draw for the triac outlets. Use outlet 4 or 8 for it. They have relays and should switch off.
