BowieReefer84 October 19, 2012 October 19, 2012 I have a used reef octopus nwb200 with a bb3000 pump someone had added in place of the stock pump. The screws on the clear part were beginning to rust, and I emailed coralvue. They sent me out all new parts no questions asked. Last night I was setting it up, and having trouble with it overflowing in 9" of water. I emailed them at 9:45pm, and Jeremy responded in less than an hour to put it in 6"-6.5" Few companies respond at those hours. A+ in my book. Above what is expected. Also, quick shoutout to AVAST for hooking me up with a nice large well built silencer that kicks butt. I tried to make my own out of PVC, but wasn't going well... Everyone already knows how good they are though.
