BMW1600 October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 Another case of "newbie buying pretty stuff and flinging it in the tank" :o I think this has shrunk a bit, but I completely forgot what it's called so I can't research it and figure out what to do. Any ideas? Thanks! Dave
Incredible Corals October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 Looks like a finger leather. Depending on your lights you can keep it anywhere. They do like a lot of flow just like most leathers.
BMW1600 October 10, 2012 Author October 10, 2012 You guys are fast Thanks. As you can see it's more or less shielded by liverock. I have a corner tank and some Fiji branch coral stretching out (you can see it in the background) from the "front" display pile to the rear of the tank. Think it would be better on that?
Incredible Corals October 10, 2012 October 10, 2012 You could probably keep it anywhere in the tank unless your are runing PCs or something that provides very low lighting. If you want to move it closer to the lights do it slowly so it had time to adjust.
