I was messing around in the tank and a main rock broke in half! I've been up the entire night trying to figure out what to do, playing with rock from the refugium to see if I could get something to work, epoxying pieces together only to find that they didn't look right together. No luck at all. My fire shrimp is freaking out and my tang is freaking out, because that rock was part of a cave/tunnel that was their home. Sheeps, I just remembered I need to glue down a couple frags that broke off of that rock. I can't glue them where they came from, so I guess they'll have to go on a plug or something.

Who has a nice selection of dry rock? I don't want to put foreign liverock in my tank or spend a month curing it from all the dead and dying stuff. I just need a couple pieces, or maybe just one if the right shape, so I don't really want to drive an hour each way.

That really sucks! I hope it all works out for you. Be interested to hear if anyone has rock around in our MD area.

Roughly what dimensions are you looking for? It would be a long drive, but I might have something for you. I haven't been able to start aquascaping my snowflake eel 55 so all the rock pictured at that thread (with the exception of the large piece with two holes) would be open for discussion.

I've got a fair bit of rock I need to get rid of. What dimensions do you need? I have a mix of dry and "just sitting in water".
