zygote2k May 27, 2012 Share May 27, 2012 (edited) Here are a few pics of a collaborative effort between myself and another maintenance company. This is a Tenecor 3/4" acrylic cube built into a closet/shower in a 1920's era schoolhouse in DC that has been converted to condos. The tank is roughly 40x40x48-about 330 gallons. It has a massive external overflow box with 2) 1" returns and 2) 1" drains. The sump features the ultra-quiet drain box and was made by Brendan at Cold Blooded Supply. Sump is massive- 30x40x28 made from 1/4" and extremely well gusseted and braced. Return is a Mag18, internal circulation is MP60, R/O is AquaticLife powered unit, AVAST CS2 skimmer and ATO, Apex controller. 2) 50w 12k Cannons and 2) 19w PRO LED modules. 150# of Real Reef and 150# of Seaflor. Simple and easy. This condo is amazing and has some award winning interior design. Steve Outlaw- Eat your heart out! This is a real bar! More pics to follow. steveoutlaw May 28, 2012 Share May 28, 2012 Ok Rob, I'll give you the fact that it is nice and that is a real bar. My only question is, do you have to be in the hopper to view the aquarium?

Yup- just don't say you have a turtle head otherwise you'll scare the fish.
