helo lights vs mhalides

I have been waiting for some parts (reflectors mainly) to rework my previously used metal haylides on my 75, and reading about lighting systems and found these High output Helo lights and wonder how they would compare with my twin 175's...

I have also been told that If I added two actinic T-5's on the outside of my haylides, that would be even better.....

I had four T-5 HO lamps over my 75g and it was plenty of light for SPS and anemones. The T-5's will give off less radiant heat then the Metal Halide system.
