BowieReefer84 April 28, 2011 April 28, 2011 UPS managed to drop my package off at a totally different address in a different ZIP CODE! This happened on the 26th. I first called UPS as I saw it was incorrect in the delivery status. They basically had no answer as to why it happened. I followed up with BRS and they said to give them a call tonight if I did not have it. Well, I still do not have it. I called UPS just for kicks, and they still have not recovered it either. It was dropped off at a middle school... ANYWAYS, Bulk Reef Supply is shipping me the contents of my order and getting it out tonight. It is probably standard for them to do so, but I think this is great service none the less. I called them twice in the past 2 days, and they answer promptly and have great people to deal with. FYI, It is the BRS doser pumps and some reef chili. Not ordering anything I could get local
hypertech April 28, 2011 April 28, 2011 I know the BRS guys. I've been over to Ryans place when he hosted a meeting for the local reef club. They are great guys and do a great job. You can't go wrong with BRS.
