I have a brand new icecap 660 with wiring harness with quick disconnect (never used) and heat sink (all in original box), 4 water proof endcaps, 1 72" URI super actinic VHO (180 'internal reflector), 1 72" URI actinic white (180 'internal reflector).  This is a whole setup, everything you need run these bulbs are included.  Make me an offer.
