Help needed. Moving frag tank,sump,refug etc

Need help moving roughly 70g of water, sump,frag tank and refug. Any help would be

appreciated. Need something that would make moving the water easier. I will have a f150 for the move

Where are you moving it too and when?

moving the tank 4 miles away so its a short move. Looking to do it in the morning or whenever i can get some help. I will be taking the day off

Do you need help with like the heavy lifting, something to store it in to move it, or another vehicle to help with the move? I might be free in the evening if you just need help with the moving, but i don't really have any containers and my car is a sports coupe.

Not really anything heavy just alot of water to move and hoping to minimize stress to the corals
