Happyfeet March 10, 2010 March 10, 2010 All the other connections worked fine. I tried hooking up the pressure gauge and it started shooting water. it was only reading 20PSI when it started shooting so I don't think I was putting to much pressure into the system. I've cut and reattached the tubing a couple of times nothing seems to work. Is it defective? or am I doing something wrong
Jon Lazar March 10, 2010 March 10, 2010 You could try disconnecting both tubes and rotating the tee 180 degrees. Then reconnect. If the leak stays on the left, the problem is likely with the tubing. If it moves, it's likely with the fitting.
Happyfeet March 10, 2010 Author March 10, 2010 Ah swell idea. rotated and it's definitely the fitting. I'll try and get ahold of customer support later to see about a replacement.
Novi March 12, 2010 March 12, 2010 You could also use some teflon tape on the fittings when you re-screw them in if you havent already

Nothing to tape up. I talked with the guys at Air Water and Ice, they are going to send me a replacement. Pretty good guys to deal with.
Happyfeet April 7, 2010 Author April 7, 2010 Worked with them and got this all resolved, (a while ago, I've just been lazy updating), They sent everything back to me and even replaced a part on the Typhoon I broke A+ Service
