How would Coral Growth be affected?

I am playing around with a few different lighting options ... first would be the typical 2x250W MH with actinics on either side, the second would be to have all four t5 actinics on the back half of the tank, and the MH's on the front half ... Will setting up the lighting the second way, as shown in attachment affect coral growth negativly?

Is this for a 4ft tank?

 

I would do 2 x 250W MH and 2 T12 UV Super Actinics
