I haven't seen that one, either, but it looks to be an HQI ballast with double ended bulbs so if you opt for another type of bulb, you'll end up with limited choices as the HQI will overdrive some bulbs and you've got a double ended reflector. That ballast will produce some heat that you're not used to since you use T5s.

 

Oh, by the way, the K ratings on each bulb are also very subjective. One company's 20K is the same as another company's 12K or 14K and then some 10Ks look like 20Ks. You really have to look at individual bulbs and see what you want. For instance, I think that the Radiums are slightly bluer than the Helios 20Ks, even though you can drive them exactly the same way and on a side to side comparison you won't see much, but there is a difference. I'm out for the week, but you're welcome to see mine again if you want and I can even lend you a ballast and an old bulb if you want to try it out to see what it looks like (no reflector, though, or mogul base).
