OUsnakebyte August 16, 2009 August 16, 2009 (edited) Yup... a truly pristine reef should be an inverted pyramid - one of large groupers and sharks living in perpetual hunger and smaller fishes living in perpetual fear. Your seafood choices can make a difference. Below is a photo of A. palmata with these damselfish patches. You can see the newly dead tissue in the center and the others that are re-sheeting.
