I'm not going to post the rules here, but here's a quick gist: You have to have 50+ posts and be a registered member for more than 90 days to be able to "create a THREAD"....!!!!!! Does NOT say anything about posting a reply in a thread. I'm gonna go and get myself banned from RC now and challenge that mod for a better explanation.
