Quantum Aquaria August 5, 2009 August 5, 2009 So I have a GEO Kalk Reactor and was not able to find the parts connecting the reactor tubing and fittings. Searched high and lowe at all the local stores, lowes, Home depot, online to no avail. My last ditch effort was to contact geosreef.com to see what the name/part number i needed. Also explained that it was not a faulty issue with the reactor, but simply the parts were misplaced and I'm not able to locate it. George from geosreef.com responded to me, asked me to send him a pic of the reactor and the of the area where the parts were missing. Once I sent him the pictures, He knew exactly what I needed, and said he would send it out to me. I responded with a kind thank you and if you need me to pay for it, let me know cause I would happy to pay for the parts and shipping. He didn't even respond back and I checked my mail yesterday and voila, it's a box with the exact parts I need. Hooked it up and am now ready to get my ATO setup going. Just to let you know, I emailed them on Wednesday of last week and a couple of email exchanges and free of charge, I recieved the parts within 4 business days. That is what you call service and that is how you retain loyal customers
