OUsnakebyte August 3, 2009 Share August 3, 2009 Then I strongly suggest a remote location for them in a species-only setup. I would do this if I had the room in my apartment. Add this acan to the list of things eaten: I do apologize for the poor pic - it's with my phone, under only actinics. But, you get the idea - the acan skeleton with no flesh. I just found it right by the carpet's lair. The only things I trust around or near it are xenia and star polyps... I thought something was missing... OUsnakebyte August 3, 2009 Author Share August 3, 2009 have you had problems with it eating fish? Ohhhh... yeah... let's see... Yellow tang - found the bones being yucked up in front of its lair Longnose b'fly Purple pseudochromis Copperband b'fly - to be fair, this CBB was very ill, sort of dazed and confused, and sadly, drifted into the 'nem. I rushed over to pry it out and euthanized it (the fish, not the 'nem...). That *may* be it; of course, I might remember more later. And that's only fish... reefhunter August 3, 2009 Share August 3, 2009 I have seen mine eat a firefish... and I know it is responsible for at least 3 chromis and a few other small fish....
Jarosh August 3, 2009 Share August 3, 2009 Heck mine had powder blue and foxface on the menu before I finally realized what was happening. Otherwise I was always wondering why the snail shells would pile up in front of it. It was history as soon as it decided to start moving around the tank.
