Now that summer is approaching, the stores should be getting various fans in stock. I use 4" fans from Target. Last year they were about $6. This year they are $8. They last about 1 year. I have used clamp on fans in the past, but want something that will look as unobtrusive as possible. Don't mind paying 20 bucks for it. Anybody out there tried them?
