90g build help

Hi all,

 

I am getting ready to set up my 90g. I bought a used tank stand and Metal halide lights off craig's list.

I also bought my 54g corner used but it can pre plumbed with EVERYTHING.... I didn't have to do anything. (except make tons of mistakes with water chemistry and livestock).

 

Can anyone recommend a specific vendor who will take the time to talk to me about plumbing, pumps, ball valves, in-lines etc. I really want to plan it all out and set it up all at once but there is so much to learn!

Hi Laura, what are you attempting to do with your tank and what are your parameters for setting it up? There are a bunch of vendors with a lot of knowledge that will help you out close by (well, at least within 45 minutes or so) and you also have a wealth of knowledge within the club. Also, check out the Dedicated Tank Forum for ideas on how to build your tank. There are tons of different threads there that feature tanks built from scratch with lots of innovative ideas.

depending on what your schedule is like you are welcome to stop over to get some ideas. I have a 210 ,54 and a 90 all set up to the same sump. I dont have anything to sell you but I certainly cold help give you some direction as to setting up. You can see various lighting on my 90, 54 and 210. There are a bunch of people on WAMAS who I am sure would happily do the same.
