blaze98 October 12, 2008 October 12, 2008 I just wanted to thank AWI for the excellent customer service that I received. I had a leaky faucet adapter and they mailed a new one out on Wednesday free of charge, I received it today and it works flawlessly.

YBeNormal October 12, 2008 October 12, 2008 Aw heck, I'll jump in too! I've had my Typhoon III for several years now and have called them a few times. They are always quick to help and to ship out replacement parts if needed. How many other companies can you find that offer lifetime replacement on their hardware--much less stand by their guarantee?
