dbartco September 10, 2008 Share September 10, 2008 WAMAS would like to announce it's second of 2 socials in October. (Don't miss the AquaCo Social on Oct 18, with deals on all kinds of goodies). On Oct 4th from 6:30-8:30 at the National Zoo in Washington DC. We will be having "Behind the Scenes Tours", Touch Tanks for the kids, and experts on-hand to discuss the various animals on display. Highlights include a new octopus, cuttelfish, SECORE Corals, and a gorgeous beachball sized elegance coral. Special thanks go out to Tamie DeWitt and Mike Henley for setting this up for us. Food and beverages will also be provided. Who: W.A.M.A.S. (Washington Area Marine Aquarium Society) When: Oct 4, 2008 (Saturday) Time: 6:30 P.M. - 8:30 P.M. Park in Parking lot C (C for Cnidarian). Come out of the parking lot and up the wooden ramp and our building is directly to your right. Come on in the front door!
