Spaghetti Worm friend or foe?

I have a lot of spaghetti worms in my tank ...just wondering are they good nuisances or bad

 

One sure thing is they give me the creeps just looking at them

Nice Picture. They are generally considered to be beneficial. Some vendors sell them, http://www.ipsf.com/reefworms.html . If you have an over abundance maybe you could trade some, although I am not sure how to collect them.

Nikki, at 6 spaghetti worms for $19.95, you may have a goldmine on your hands.

 

I notice that IPSF also sells bristleworms, 6 for $19.95. They are guaranteed 100% Captive-Bred, though.

 

I think I'll sell the sandbed from my 75G and retire early.

i also have a TON of bristle worm in my refuguim....I wonder how do all these worms get in there. I remove both type of worms on a regular bases too. Soo if anybody is interested LMK or else they will be flushed
