ctenophore April 11, 2008 April 11, 2008 Those should all work, except margarita snails and the pipe organ coral. Margarita snails tend to prefer cooler water and typically don't last long in a warm water reef. The pipe organ can be a tricky coral in general. Get some experience with the tank first then you might try the pipe organ after some research about its needs. Get an ORA orchid dottyback. The tank raised ones tend to be much mellower towards tankmates. You might add some cerith and nassarius snails to your list. They will keep your sand clean. Good luck Justin

Good luck Justin thanks. sorry, my post wasn't clear. I have all of the above now and am wondering if there might be more capacity for fish compatible with what I have now. I do have a tank raised orchid. I learned too late that the margarita prefer cooler water. I've heard about pipe organ. I purchased this one from Dr. Mac and it is one on my healthist corals. Guess I got lucky...
stevearlen April 12, 2008 Author April 12, 2008 Dear Gang, This is what I have now. I wonder if it would be OK to add some Bartlett's Anthias? OrientBlueReef April 13, 2008 April 13, 2008 Dear Gang, This is what I have now. I wonder if it would be OK to add some Bartlett's Anthias? Steve Shouldn't be too much of a problem. Look into the bartlett's further though. It is hard to keep them from turning male and picking each other off.
stevearlen April 18, 2008 Author April 18, 2008 (edited) Dear Gang, See below for what I have now. I wonder if it would be OK to add some Bartlett's Anthias Orangestriped Cardinalfish? I'm interesting in adding a school of 3 or 5 but were concerned about Anthias feeding habits and gender-change issues. I'm now thinking about Orange Cardinalfish. What do you think?
