ReeferMan August 7, 2007 August 7, 2007 (edited) Ok i have a problem with this vendor. Just got my shipment in today and i gotta say how unprofessional it is to include so many free frags! Who does this? Also i order a $20 frag and he couldnt find it. So what does he include ? A colony of snowflake blue cloves. Now come on who wants a rare clove colony for $20? Sonny is a great guy and his prices are unbelievable. Free shipping and free frags? We are so lucky to have such a great vendor like him in our area. Thanks Sonny for all your hard work and great customer service! You are a A++++ in my book. I would like to be able to meet you one day in person to put a face to great vendor. Pics are to follow! I contacted him but his policy is 2 hours after the package is received you need to send a photo. I didnt send a photo but contacted him as soon as i got the package, telling it was very hot and smelled pretty bad (he assured me it would be ok). Its hard to tell if something will make it or not in 2 hours of receiving though. He did however say he would hook me up on my next order. Sonny is a great guy, has great prices and free shipping that cannot be beat but a guarantee for shipping corals is key.
