Anybody ever use one of these??

Has anyone ever used a Deltec Turbo 1250 Skimmer before? Or heard any type of feedback on them. This one seems to use the same pump as the APF600, but these have chambers for carbon and rowaphos. I'm wondering why we haven't heard more about them?

I can probably get one for $350. Would this be a good investment? or should I just bide my time and find a used regular Deltec. Or wait for Dan to make a 24" tall skimmer? ARG!!!!!!

go with dans skimmer its the same design but better IMO...

I can't speak for Dan's skimmers but I have heard great things about them.

 

I'm currently using a Deltec AP600 and I am absolutely amazed. I had heard people bragging on them and thought that they were just blowing smoke to justify their investment. When I got the Deltec I saw why they were saying these things........I can't even explain how well it works.
