glowing bugs?

I know the pictures are bad, bud can anyone identify this bug and is he a goodie or baddie? Does anyone know how to put pictures up? I get the following error message:

 

The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments.

 

The file is a .jpg and it is 7.24kb. Please advise if I doing something wrong thanks. I will post the bugs in my gallery. Im kinda scared that they like to eat coral.

Here tom I worked hard on this tonight about 2 hours work total to make this, to help every one out, this is how you can insert pics into threads

Thanks for the "how to" I really appreciate the effort. Now if I could only get better pictures to post. My camera is poo poo and I cannot get an closer to what Im shooting through the tank.
