Kenneth June 4, 2007 Share June 4, 2007 I've seen the Red Sea Max All-in-One 35 gal in two LFS and it looks very attractive and I like the idea of having everything integrated into one attractive unit with a SINGLE plug (Wow!). Anyone has one of these? Would you recommend it? Kenneth
fab June 4, 2007 Share June 4, 2007 A single plug means you cannot separately control pumps and lighting. I'd consider that a drawback. fab
steveoutlaw June 4, 2007 Share June 4, 2007 it's not a single plug. It has a master switch but has a built in power station.
Kenneth June 4, 2007 Author Share June 4, 2007 As I understand it, there is a control center with individual switches that allow you to control each component, and there are approximately two free sockets available. A single plug means you cannot separately control pumps and lighting. I'd consider that a drawback. fab
fab June 5, 2007 Share June 5, 2007 That makes a big deal of difference in my book. You really do want to have separate controls over each component. fab
