altezza February 4, 2007 Share February 4, 2007 Why does my skimmer always go crazy at night? I had to clean the skimmate cup every 2 min...i had to turn the gate valve down and then turn it back on when the light goes back on in the morning. The only thing i can think of is that i lost one of my wrasse a week ago, and i wasnt able to get it out, so it must be somewhere in the tank rotten, or the shrimp already ate it.
