madmax7774 January 29, 2007 Author January 29, 2007 The thermostat is designed to sense the ambient air temperature. If I mount it in my hood, and set it so sense when things get warm, then it turns on the fan, and cools down the hood. In theory it should work great. In practice, we'll see...
