steveoutlaw January 16, 2007 January 16, 2007 Well, what a way to start the day. The tubing that leads from my ATO bucket to my Kalk reactor popped off of the check valve and shot water all over my carpet!! I checked the clamp on the other side and it didn't take much for it to pop off either. Make sure you check those connections.
howser January 16, 2007 January 16, 2007 Oh man, I've been there!! I ended up having to use those screw down type brackets (sorry for the technical term there ) just to prevent that problem. Mine spill ended up flooding some of my basement carpet....what a mess!
steveoutlaw January 16, 2007 Author January 16, 2007 Yep, I have the carpet pulled up and a fan going.......unfortunately my wife is going to find out tonight!!
dhoch January 16, 2007 January 16, 2007 Yeah it's a pain (redundancy, redundancy, redundancy)... ohh and those little ties (plastic for organiation... zip ties I think) are great at securing those connections. Dave
