Or on Constitution (meters) which are usually taken by tourists but since it's January there are less of them. You can pay to park in the Reagan building across the street. [thanks to wallybackm - who works in the area] Reagan parking info: here Weekend/Holiday Rate $9.00 (enter after 5:00 am to closing) Daily parking (2,000 spaces) is available in our underground parking garage.
