danskim November 3, 2006 Share November 3, 2006 Are there any particular species that anyone recommends or has had success with? (As in doing a good job with sand) I'm looking to get one soon. I heard tiger tails are hardy, but perhaps a caribbean species would be easier/cheaper to acquire.

Jager November 3, 2006 Share November 3, 2006 the so called yellow sea cukes are extremely hardy and great sand sifters. they come in goldish yellow and a brown. both covered in small spikes that are not sharp. down here they run around 6-10 bucks depending on size
