Our ebay auctions are now live and you can follow this link click here or follow us on ebay (username: supremereefs)

 Shipping:  

-Shipping will be FedEx Priority or UPS Overnight for a flat rate of $68 so add as many as you like. 

-MD, DC, and VA residents is a flat rate of $50.  Please request total for adjust shipping rate if you're in MD, DC or VA.

-For those that want to do local pick up, please send a message to let us know.

-An invoice will be sent after all auctions are over.  Please give us a day to process invoices.

-Please wait for final invoice before paying.

-Auction winnings must be picked up within 7 days upon ending.

-Auctions must be paid within 2 days of receiving the invoice.

-Failure to pay invoice will result in banned from future auctions.

-If you need more time to pick up your auctions, please notify us. 

-Failure to pick up auctions may result in cancelation without refund.

-We only ship out Monday-Wednesday and Thursday for Friday upon request but highly not recommend.  

-Most areas it usually arrives by 10:30am, if not then you will be notified

-Heat or ice pack will be included.  

-Shipped in a thick high quality Styrofoam insulated box

-Shipped in a 3mil bag or specimen cup, double to triple bagged

Guarantee: 

-In the unlikely event that there is a DOA (Dead on Arrival), I will need a clear photo within 4 hours of the time of arrival or delivery on the time stamp in the tracking number.

-You will receive store credit for any approved DOA

-DOA credit will expire after 6 months

-No refunds on shipping

Note:  Due to stress from shipping some corals may appear a different shade either lighter or darker.  It may take a few days to weeks to color back up.
