AquaRock for BTA?

Has anyone tried this product for their BTA?  

 

Mine has split.  Luckily, both are attached to the aquarium glass.  I’ve had mine for over 2 years with no splits.  I recently upgraded my tank and suspect it to be the cause of this split.  I know folks have had their tanks over run with splits, so I’m trying to incentivize mine to stay off the rock.  
 

One of the splits is being given away, hoping to get the other to grow in this sort of container.  
 

Any advice or experience is appreciated.

I use large snail shells! They supposedly like having their foot in a hole, and mine certainly seem to be happy with them. Makes it really convenient to move around as needed

While my nem didn’t have a lot of options, it went straight into the shell as of this morning.  
I know they’ll go where they want, but it will be easier to giveaway now.
