Red sea doser malfunction

Anyone use these and familiar with troubleshooting? I keep getting a malfunction error for doser 1 and reset it but malfunctions again. It works when I prime it so mechanically I think it may be fine...at a loss

I have them, but haven't had a problem, yet.

 

Is there any more information like a code, with the error?

Or what exactly is failing - sometimes you can diagnose at least what part is going wrong if you can determine specifically what is or is not happening.

It seems to work fine, but I get doser head malfunction in reefbeat, no other code or error. It primes and works, but when it's running on schedule it malfunctions. Been running fine for 4 or 5 months until now
