  1. I have a Tunze running on my 750 tank. Wouldn't trust anything elso. I am also a Tunze Dealer.
  2. I have as much of it as you want. You would need to come by and get it though. I am in Annapolis. Dimensions and thickness?
  3. I just finished my Nilsen Reactor. I used a 8" diameter 1/4"wall x 40" tall acrylic tube. I used 1/2" gray pvc flanges and for a pump I used a Eheim. So far seems to be working great. I have it hooked up to a Tunze Osmolator w/ a turbelle feed pump. If the pump gets to built up with precipitate to quickly I will remove it and just let the feed pump mix it as it sends water into the column. The feed pump seems to do plenty of mixing as it is without the Eheim being turned on. Time will tell I guess.
  4. It's usually a lot easier to just do a smooth top on the overflow boxes and if your really H-E-double-hockey-sticks bent on keeping things out of the sump then just glue on some of the plastic mesh. Even with teeth "critters" inevitably make it down the pipe. Unless you have a cnc router getting those teeth just right takes a lot of care(depending on how wide they are) unless you have a good template. JMO
  5. For what your going to do a router is what you will want to use. If you are cutting 1/4" or less you can also use a good laminate trimmer to make your cuts.
