Look up KFC dip. If it's not too late you maybe able to save it. By the way, your Alk seems a bit on the low side. They also like nitrate, looks like your nitrate is bottomed.
Less number of moving to different tank is better. When you move the live rock out of water, it will create a cycle. Other thing to consider if you are going to use a temporary holding tank is to be far away from the construction area. Paint fumes can kill your fish and affect your coral. I am wondering if anyone uses tap water and remove the unwanted "water elements" and use it for reef. I noticed all useful elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, strontium, etc. are stripped of with RO DI. Thoughts anyone?
