  3. Thanks for all the information. It’s just a blue reef chromis there’s only one in there. He’s just been picking on all the other fish and my tank has always been really peaceful so I want him out of there. Lol
  4. What is the best way to catch a fish out of your tank? I wanted to look here before I mess up the whole entire tank with the net and stuff like that. Trying to get the one fish out. Please let me know if you have any suggestions thanks, Matt.
  5. Hi everyone, i’ve been noticing on my clam part of the mantle is not coming out completely for the last couple months and along the mantle. There’s like a sponge growing all around the mantle. I don’t know if these are problems for the clam. I just wanted to see if there’s any way I could fix with the mantle not being out completely or anything that would help thanks, matt
  6. Does anyone have any filter rollers that they would recommend? I was looking at the reef mat 500 for my water box 90.2 but is there any better options and is it better not to do it at all? ,Matt
  7. I have one big piece of Hollywood stunner chalice in my main display but in my sump I have a very nice piece of wanting to maybe frag up looking. If anybody’s interested in Frags I will probably do smaller pieces but wanted to see if anyone had interest
  8. Would UV help??
  9. Thanks ReeferMan, should I pull out all the fish, or all that are affeced and how do I keep the nutrince up with no fish? and how do i set up a qt tank?
  10. Finally, my tank is doing great. The corals are growing exceptionally and the tank looks great but one problem I have sick or velvet on a couple of my fish. How do I get rid of this disease without killing my tank? I know there’s reef safe options. I have used one in the past. I will say I’ve had very bad luck with fish over the time and have probably bought over 50 fish and only about five of them have survived overall I’m not gonna name the store that I get them from but I’ve had many cases of buying fish from there and getting it again and again. I have a scopes tang and my tank and he is the one that has it the most. funny enough my two rasses that I have in my tank do not have it at all. Eventually I’m gonna need to rehome the scopes tang, so I wanna try to figure out how to get the disease away before I do anything with him. Because I would love to eventually add a bio yellow tank or getting a couple new rasses for the tank, but I’m too worried to buy anything until I get the disease done first. thanks, matt
  11. Has anyone ever kept or has has experienced with fiddler crabs?
  12. I’m doing it by hand for right now
  13. I recently upgraded my tank to a water box 90 is a great tank and I found out that I need to start dosing. I’ve been testing every two days for alkaline because that was my main problem and it’s been coming back around 7.1 and I’ve been dosing Alkalinity since then is there a better way to go about this or a better solution? thanks, Matt
  14. Hi everyone on the day after thanksgiving. Just to introduce myself I’m 14 years old and have a 90 gallon salt water tank. It’s been running for about three years now I just upgraded to a larger tank before it was a 40 gallon breader and upgraded to a Water box 90.3X. I saw this thread that hasn’t been posted on for a long time so I thought to make something. So if you have any suggestions or things to do feel free to tell. thanks, Matt
  15. I ended up buying the water box X90.2 tank does anybody have past experiences with cables in the stand because there is not much room? thanks, matt
