Got a unique acrylic half-moon setup that was broken down from a service client (they wanted to upgrade, everything on the tank is working fine). Prior to that the tank was running for just under two years; during most of that time it was maintained by our service team. This would be great for a post-holiday upgrade, and would look great in any living room (or fish room!). Lights, skimmer, top off all under a year of use. That can definitely happen when introductions are made. If you have some antibiotics on hand, it couldn't hurt to add some in the food for a few days if possible, just to keep that tail injury from getting infected. happy to help

What other fish are in the tank right now?

I'll clarify that the fairy wrasses you saw were our captive-raised Pennant (Blue & Red) fairy wrasses from Sustainable Aquatics--not captive-bred, but close. Also, we've been keeping all our captive bred/raised and wild-caught fish in separate systems for a couple months now (as well as quarantining our WC fish) and it's been very successful so far. We've gotten a few instances of captive-bred inverts, but they do seem to be fairly rare still.
