*The picture used is only an example of corals that could be included in the frag pack. There is no guarantee that the types of corals pictured will be in the frag pack.
The Frag Pack includes 20 frags of different aquacultured SPS (small polyped stony), LPS (large polyp stony) and soft (zoanthid, play, sinularia, nepthia, etc.) corals, excluding chalices. The assortment of corals is a good mix of type and color (corals picked by the donor vendor) and are on frag plugs.

Went to top off the two car batteries I use for emergency tank power last night and found that both are giving error messages (the "something is wrong with the cell have inspected by the dealer" kind of message). Should have checked earlier in the week or, I don't know, bought new batteries after the 3-5 years (they are 3-5 year batteries) had passed…. Luckily only power flickers so far.

Dave, if you haven't already checked it out the Mantis Shrimp forum on Reef Central is full of great info. Unfortunately Dr. Caldwell no longer posts, but there's a huge amount of info to dig around in. Looking forward to hearing how the spearer does - I've only tried smashers so far.

Oh wow, Tom - sorry to hear about all of this! When those summer storms roll through I always wonder what would happen if I got a close strike - I guess now I know. Ouch! Fingers crossed that the tree pulls through.
