Down the street going towards Alexandria across from the car dealerships. I believe its still a
Little River Turnpike address still in Annandale. It doesnt change to Duke St. until you get into Alexandria.

The knowledge I have learned from members, the forums and also advice from members is well worth the fees in my opinion.
More importantly, i have met some really cool and friendly people. The friends made in this wonderful hobby I've made through this club are again worth it to me.
I'm glad things worked out for you.

Yes, Zotzer thats the piece I got at the meeting from Dr Mac. I'm really bummed that this happened. I am going to closely monitor it for a couple days and possibly use the product F&Fmgr recommended.

Yeah, I need to buy some epoxy. I plan on doing that this week. No, I havent taken a picture of it yet. I will try and do that.
I was considering cutting off the edges that are discolored. But i dont want to cause more damage.

"Glue your frags down "
Garrett.
I had just clued it that night. I guess the super glue did not hold.
Is there anything I can do for the injured coral that was stung?
-
Last night I had a purple monti frag get pushed outta place by a snail/hermit crab. It fell on my frog spawn =( which stung it. Now the monti is discolored on parts of it.
What should I do?

Mine is out in the open and doing great. It took a couple days after I got him before he started opening up consistantly. He opens up through out the day sometimes but mostly at night. I have baby mouths forming around the bigger ones. Nothing has fallen off that I can see yet.
When i first got him I would use a turkey baster and squirt the tank water / juices left over from defrosting frozen fish food right over him. About 5-10 minutes later he came out. I feed him different things ie: PE mysis, mysis and plankton soaked in Selcon. Some of the mysis he eats are huge. All the family likes watching the Sun Coral sections.
Here are some links with some good information.

Mine is in the far left frontish corner with mid - high flow on it. Mid level not directly under 150 MH. It has prolly doubled its size since I got it 4 months ago.

When you guys soak your pumps in vinegar is it totally submerged? How long do you usually let it soak? Is once a month required or is that just a personal judgement call?

Amazing skill!

This is what I'm getting eventually. It does water top offs, full water changed and dosing. The pump can run dry, is easy to set up and if the power goes out it does not lose its programming. The system has got very good reviews from what I've read.
Down side is it can be kinda expensive with all the extras

Yeah I got there around 7:20 am /yawn It didnt take me as long as I thought.
No donuts for me =( I had breakfast in the car waiting for someone to talk to. Sonny did have a few boxes with alot of different types thou. Coffee i heard was good. I'm not a coffee drinker either.
I had to get out of there... to many pieces to choose from + good prices = dangerous!
Sonny did tell me that he was getting more stock towards the end of the month. I hope he is able to update his website since he mentioned to me as well that they will be seperate. Its understandable being behind thou opening a retail store with dead lines.
Addionally I recieved the 10% discount as well.

Those of you that have not been able to make it to MrCoral's new retail store are missing out. It was my first time meeting Sonny...nice guy.... down to earth & runs a honest business. Alot of amazing pieces and deals will be coming out of his place.
I was the first person there this morning and true to his word. He let me pick the first coral after purchasing over $100. Great piece. So far everything I purchased is acclimated and doing well.
Sonny - thank you for your advice and patience.

Sean
