electrician question - aquamaxx prism

Anybody have an Aquamaxx Prism? I've had this light for more than 2 years and it is great! But I just moved...again... and this time it won't turn on. The controller works fine but I can't get the lights on. Does anybody have this light that wouldn't mind letting me test to see if it is my light or my controller.

 

Any electricity savvy people out there know the best way to test power on a 3 pin water proof connector or where to test power on the actual light strip?
