AI Hydra 52 HD ISSUES

So I just picked up a new hydra and I went onto the website and put in a password for the system and it shoots me to a screen to log into the password and it's telling me the passwords incorrect and I know for sure it isn't. Does anyone know how to reset the password on the system not my account? Or what should I do ?
