Flow for 90 mixed reef reef.

I have a 90 gallon with left center off set overflow. I have 2 rw8s middle of tank pointed at each other rock work is about an inch or 2 off back wall. Just far enough a way the flipper fits behind. I have a T return one to the left and one right of overflow. Just curious if anyone has ideas for best flow placement of returns and power heads. And what modes to run them in. Thanks.
