Dario5678 July 27, 2015 Share July 27, 2015 hello, My tank has finished cycling in a a closed up container with 0 nitrite and 0 ammonia. However, the water the rock is in is reading 0.5-1.0 phosphate. What should do?...keep feeding the rock and doing water changes until phos goes down? Or don't worry about the phos and add to established tank ad use phos removers, cheato, etc...
Reefer_Madness August 1, 2015 Share August 1, 2015 Rock is famous for leaking phosphates. Mine did for a couple of months. Grab a bag of the Seachem products and throw it in your sump in a high flow area. They will come down.
