What is this?

I have two things i cant identify. One is a white growth on the dorsal fin of a clown. The other is a bubble like growth that has been doubling in size over the las couple weeks. Here are picture.

As to your bubble, the picture is hard to see, but my best guess is a sponge.

That is what i thought too; but i have no idea what that bubble thing is. Im letting it grow in case it is an egg sac.
