Brian Ward December 10, 2014 December 10, 2014 They are recurring only if you signed up for the subscription in paypal. Otherwise, it's a 1-time charge. If you signed up for a subscription, I believe you can manage it from your profile page.
Brian Ward December 10, 2014 December 10, 2014 Just confirmed. Click the arrow next to your name and choose manage subscription. There it will say if you have an auto-renewing subscription and you can cancel it if you wish.
