Jebao WP-40 Shorted?

Another one of my WP40 is acting up. This one was running for a little more than a year.

The controller and power supply LEDs were flashing. So I pulled it out and cleaned. Put it back in and it still doing the same thing. I tried it with another controller and same issue.

So I tried running it dry...works fine. But as soon as cord hit the water, controller and power supply flashing and pump pulsing.

 

Anyone experience this?

 

Here is my troubleshooting video. From what I experience, I think it shorted out somewhere.
