Guest Kimo February 9, 2006 Share February 9, 2006 I am going to build a better auto top off for my tank as soon as I get the necessary parts. I'll start a thread with pics when the time comes, but I was wondering if anyone else has done this and can provide some pics/tips. I am doing a dual float switch setup, using PVC to hold the switches and a relay to control the peristaltic pump. Now, I'm only going to have 9v DC in the tank, and will use a powersupply wired into the ATO to provide it. I could use a battery, but that's just another thing to fail right? I'm looking forward to hearing what you all have. Jamie

Guest Kimo February 9, 2006 Share February 9, 2006 Ok, I did a little searching, and here is the thread: DChild Auto Topoff Now, I would like to use a powersupply like that for my auto topoff, so that I don't have to use the wall wart. Anyone have a powersupply kit that they would be willing to part with for a modest fee? I'm decent at soldering, etc. Still looking for other systems people have made. Thanks, Jamie
HowardofNOVA February 9, 2006 Share February 9, 2006 Steven designed this for our DIY Top Off Party that we did at Jacob's place a while back. Nice design and I know several guys had success with them as well. Check with DChild on where the parts came from. Cost us about $15. I believe to build them.
