E27 LED Plant Grow Lights

Has anyone else tried using these for Fuge lighting? I was using, a regular CFL bulb I forget the wattage, and I was getting good growth out of my Macro algae, I switched out to the E27 LED about 6 weeks ago and I've noticed that the growth has almost stopped, I have also noticed that the Cyano algae that was growing pretty thick in my fuge has gone completley. I have not had fish in my tank for 3.5mo that may also have something to do with it.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has tried these lights, it was $10 on Ebay so I figured it was worth a shot, I leave the light on 24/7 just like my old buld
